- Q: Do I need a coupon for this?
A: No coupon needed.
Not sure at this point, but most likely yes. cfmctwist has pointed out that the Target rep on Facebook said [facebook.com] that a coupon needs to be present at time of purchase. More recently, the Target rep reiterated to another fan that a coupon was needed [facebook.com]. On the other hand, others are speculating that the $10 GiftCard is given automatically once the register total exceeds $75 in qualified products. In addition, this recent Facebook post [facebook.com] indicates that a coupon is not required. Note that the Target Facebook posts were made by two different employees managing the Facebook account. - Q: I can't get the coupon. Can you send me a pdf?
A: No. As with the past two promotions like this one, pdfs of Target coupons are not allowed to be posted on Slickdeals. Per the Slickdeals moderators, you are not allowed to ask for a pdf to PM'd to you as well. - Q: What are the terms and conditions of the coupon?
A: Free $10 Target GiftCard offer valid on a single, in-store transaction of $75 or more based on merchandise subtotal (after all applicable discounts). Offer valid Friday, December 16, 5pm -- close, and Saturday, December 17, open -- noon. Sales tax, Target gift cards and prepaid cards, prescriptions, clinic services, Target Optical eye exams, Target Mobile and alcohol will not be included in determining merchandise subtotal. Not valid on previous purchases. Limit one free GiftCard per qualifying transaction, per guest. A: GiftCard (one word) is trademarked by Target and refers to Target's own in-store gift cards. Gift card (two words) is a generic and refers to any other non-Target gift card (e.g. Amazon Gift Card, iTunes Gift Card, Starbucks Gift Card). - Q: Can I combine my free Target gift cards?
A: Yes, please go to http://target.com/gc to combine the cards. Members have reported that using any cell phone number works as an ID. If you get an error message that states: "the giftcard selected has a $0 balance. please choose a card with a balance and try again" members have reported that pressing combine repeatedly will make it work. Alternatively you can go into a Target store and have a cashier combine all the gift cards into one.

Well I can tell you if their system accepts the coupon after noon on Saturday their workers really aren't going to give a crap if people use it. Lines will be CRAZY and workers just want to herd people through at that point. |

Yeah, I posted this on last weeks target coupon thread earlier, I did not even think it belonged in its own Hot Deals thread. I don't think this is going to work like the last two at all.

I have some $5 off $50 coupons too, does that come into play with the $75? For example, do I need to spend $80 - $5 coupon to meet $75 or can I spend $75 - $5 coupon and still get the $10 GC?
