Galaxy Nexus Wirefly - Family plan cheaper than amazon[amazon vs wirefly]

The rates in wirefly are different than Amazon wireless. Some of them are cheaper.

1. Add a family line $189.99 [in Amazon wireless 249.99]

2. New phone with contract $189.99 [in Amazon wireless 149.99]
3. Update exisiting verizon contract $239.99 [in Amazon wireless $199.99]

4. Without contract phone $719.99 [in Amazon wireless 739.99]

Option 1&4 Wirefly cheapest
Option 2&3 Amazon wireless cheapest

What's to stop me from after my 2 yrs are up to just cancel a line from the family then add a new line and port the # over?
