The trip is for a four-day and four-night cruise that will leave from your choice of four ports, such as Miami, Port Canaveral, New Orleans and Long Beach, and head to destinations in either the Bahamas, the Western Caribbean, or Baja Mexico. This exclusive deal also includes hotel accommodations for two nights in one of the port cities to use before and after your trip.

After purchase of the voucher, you have 12 months to book and 18 months to sail on your cruise. You may cancel at anytime within 30 days of purchase, however, if you have already booked your cruise, you are subject to cancel penalties imposed by the cruise line which may include a complete forfeiture of any monies paid.

Transportation and airfare to and from your departure point and parking fees are the responsibility of each traveler.

The reason given was that the booking company hadn't been paying it's bills, so the Hilton cancelled all pending reservations. Your reservations should already be made, and you should know the hotel. I would call the hotel to confirm, then call again the day before you leave. 3 days prior to trip is ridiculous.

Can you please let me know whom should I contact to know the hotel details that has been booked for me. When I send a mail, they just reply back as below:
"You will not be provided with a confirmation until up to 72 hours before the date of travel.".

I've gotten the same thing. I'm within the 72 hour window now & naturally can't reach anyone to help. Would love it if you have some advice for a better contact.

My hotel reservation is for next Friday, I sent them an email 2 days back asking for the details, they just replied the same, mentioning about the 72 hr window.
Do you have any phone no that we can call and ask directly?

I just called VTT (the company listed w/ the Eversave deal) & that was a waste of my breath. The referred me to icoupononline.com. They are the company that connected VTT and cruistehotelcard. No phone number found.... yet. This deal has been a pain from the get go. The only thing easy, was the buying part. Ugh!

Oh bad, you are flying out day after and do not have the hotel details yet? These guys just keep on saying you will get those details atleast 72 hrs before the trip, and its less than 48 Hrs for you now. Still no details? Frown

I emailed everybody & their brother with each company involved. I just got an email response from the one I sent to reservations@thehotelcard.com.

This is a hokey deal if ever there was one. The email with a time stamp of 11:25 says they'll be sending my reservation to me in the morning & not to worry. Of course, they addressed the email to the wrong name. So, yeah. I'm real confident. NOT!

It was signed the customer service team.

Just saw this, i sent you all the email info I had on them

These are all the emails that I collected from the company. Some are for the cruise, some are for the hotel. Icoupon is the one who sold you the voucher, they are definitely the most helpful and can escalate the issue.
