As it was 119 before it is not a good price. Aside that Nook Color still is a good quality product, with excellent community support to convert it into a full fledged tablet.

Pros:
High res IPS screen (Ipad/Asus class) 1024x768
Good looking design YMMV
microSD slot
When hacked compatible with a lot of games.

Cons:
only 1 core cpu, default 800MHz (up to 1200 with hack)
limited hardware video playback
no usb nor hdmi out
2 point touch only (not a huge drawback for me)
built in speaker at the backside, muted sound when used in case.
