Yeah, I like 'em. I've got a pair (paid full price for mine though) and I'm continually amazed by how good they sound. Was a good buy for me at $30, should be a great buy for others at $25.

In case you guys were concerned about the brand, here's my 2cents on the teknmotion pulsewave v2 headset with vibration that i've been using for a little over a year...

First off the price for these headsets are amazingly low (about $45) considering the quality and features that it has. The build quality far better than most other higher-end headsets that I had owned in the past which cost me closer to the $100 mark (creative labs SB 3d arena, steelseries, logitech, plantronics, senheiser, and etc...). It's plastic, but it's not cheap plastic, ive dropped it many times and it does not break. The surround sound is fantastic, especially when I turn on the vibration. I play first person shooter games, and I can hear footsteps from far away and even sounds that other players cant hear. the bass is awesome for music as well. It's definitely the best bang for the buck, and I think this company needs to be recognized more.

I never used a TekNmotion headset, but its worth a try at $24.99.

@MANvsGadget: It's not the coolest looking headset evar, but the sound kicks some serious a$$. Did you pick one up?

@mythek: Saw that Pulsewave headset you're talking about on Amazon a while back. It seemed cool - especially for the price - but I didn't pick it up since I needed a headset for my Xbox 360.

what are the return policy on headsets for walmart? Is there separate controls for the bass? Game/Chat Volume? I will be using a usb 3.5 adapter for ps3. If the chat isnt good with a adapter I want to return it, lol all the good deals for headsets seem to not be ps3 compatible but I also have a xbox 360 to try on

Nope. Actually now that I think about it, I don't think there are any headsets in this price range that give you an adjustable bass boost.

Nope, but there are instructions in the box that tell you how to adjust the game sound and chat volumes via the Xbox 360 interface.

Yeah that kinda sucks. It almost seems like there's a conspiracy that makes anything PS3-related always cost more. The only thing that's cheaper for PS3 is PSN - but then that get's hacked to death every other day. If you do return it, I wouldn't mention to WalMart that you're returning it because it doesn't work on a PS3 though. They might get all snippy and say "well it's not supposed to work on a PS3 so tough cookies" - know what I mean?

I was seeing if anyone who has tried returning a headset before could give an input. I have this adapter that the ps3 recognizes as a usb mic. I dont have any pc mics to test it on, but like i say once u plug it into the ps3 usb port it gives an option to select a 'usb headset mic' for both input and output.
