This is part of Ebay Daily Deals and they have to abide by thier strict policies including terms and conditions. So I doubt these are fake...ebay wouldn't allow merchants to do that as they are part of the daily deals

Listened to every one in Best Buy including Sony, Bose, Sennheiser, and they help up quite nicely...

I've dabbled on both sides of the fence here. I just returned a pair of Audio Technica M50s' because they just weren't practical for everyday listening. The cord is much too long and they're rather bulky. Granted they sounded great, I just wasn't comfortable with the purchase.

I'd never pay $300 for the Beats but at nearly half off an MSRP that NEVER moves, this is a no brainer. I'm somewhat weary about the "fakes" floating around but like DJ3xclusive said, this is flying on the front page of Ebay, not a place where you should ever see anything like that.
