Pretty sure you are going to have to bother him for the account number and phone number on this one if you want your internet to work.

I don't get it? If you get internet with your apartment, and it worked before but needed the phone number and account number, WHY don't you STILL have those numbers???? You must have had them when you first set it up?

Seems to be a phone call to your landlord is needed, as the others have said. IF you are paid up, I'm sure he won't mind if you ask and are nice about it.

option a: call your landlord
option b: buy your own house

You mean his internet was working fine until 2 days ago?

If this is popping up now, then either he didn't pay the cable internet bill, it's past due, and he will have to reactivate his account after paying the bill; he paid the bill that was past due and just has not reactivated his internet; or he swapped out cable modems and forgot to activate it. In either case, his account, his responsibility to correct. If he's got you subleasing that internet connection then you had better ding him to get it corrected otherwise you won't be paying.

I live in an apartment complex so I know you can get your own Comcast connection to your own apartment so that leads me to believe that you're either riding his connection for free via wireless or he arranged it with you to ride his connection for a small fee (uless he's a Samaritan and just giving it away freely). In either case, his account, his responsibility to fix.

You'll get crazy newbies who call 3x a day for 2 weeks straight, and post argumentative paranoia demanding the rebate is guaranteed, in writing, by certified mail, on their doorsteps, by tomorrow evening. Then all the other newbie sheep freak out, and THEY call 3x a day, for 2 weeks straight, and the paranoia explodes. And suddenly everyone's carting their paper back to the retailer demanding a refund.

If your landlord is unable to help then try the default numbers.,.

If it asks for a password try 12345.
