FYI - This has been active for awhile now. You can also go back over an over again (today, tomorrow, etc) and keep extending your subscription for $1.

Haha... mine's good until 2018. That probably won't stop me from spending one more dollar though.

Automatic Renewal:
When you pay for your subscription by credit card, you will be enrolled in our automatic renewal program. Your subscription will continue without interruption so you won't miss a single issue. Just before your subscription term ends, we'll renew it for an additional term and charge your credit card the low magazine rate then in effect. Approximately 30 days before your account is charged you will receive an email detailing the impending charge and instructions on how to cancel. Should you wish to terminate your subscription before that time, you may email customer service at ESNcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com.

I think it's for non-subscribers also because they started sending me the mag about 6 months ago even though I never ordered it or paid for it.

Ditto. ESPN makes it impossible for you to remove your CC number unless you email/call customer service.

In for another year. I could care less about the mag. I only get it for Insider.

Yeah, I just fought that battle with ESPN. I have 5 years left on my magazine subscription but no insider now.

I recently got 'auto-renewed' for $39.95, but a simple phone call to customer service and they immediately removed the charge. Nice guys from my experiences. It's a 10 min chore once a year, not too bad.

They've told me that it's an issue with their system when you have more than 2 years remaining on your subscription. If it's 2 years or less, then the 'auto-renew' doesn't activate.

Insider is worth the $1, magazine isn't worth crap - horrible publication

Reupped until late 2013, good enough for me. Thanks!
