This offer is only open to over seas residents in Russia, Asia etc. Of course it is not legit, this is a a loophole. Plus it is suppose to depend on having the Visa Infinite card anyways.

Oh, dang, I thought this was just a regular promo from Visa or Hilton . I should probably call them and say it was a mistake. Then again, that seems like too much work. I'm sure they can handle it on their end without my help, and probably will.
