It's sitting here in town at UPS as I type this. You know the drill. Besides that, go for it. Just keep in mind, if there becomes an issue with your purchase, don't expect much communication and give ample time to actually receive a refund. "Ample" as in weeks 'n weeks.

Dispute with your credit card company, I've had them goto bat for me a couple times with online transactions. They'll reverse the charges pending an investigation, which has always gotten the etailers attention. Stuff stuck in transit is a different animal, I expect a variety of experiences on the intarwebs, except with Amazon, and try not to get too bent about delays.

Sorry about your missed Christmas present, that can be pretty frustrating, hopefully he/she will really enjoy with it does show up.

I am still waiting for my tablet too, but I paid by PayPal. Hope it ships ASAP.

I could be wrong but if sprint is saying the "special pricing" for the view is dropping to 249 with contract now, why would they sell it the week after christmas for 199 without contract. Doesn't make much sense.

Sprint had always sold it with a contact, and has never sold it for the lowest price out there. I'm hoping one of the resellers drops the price to $199 without a contact. The price has been dropping all month. It was $280 at the beginning of the month and went all the way down to $220 without a contact. So it should keep dropping. I'm just gonna be patient. It's probably just a matter of time before it hits my price...
