manager at my BB gave my wife attitude for buying trying to buy 2 xboxs during their 100 gc promotion. He yelled at her and then waved "bye-bye" at her like a she was a child . So i made it a mission to get as many xboxs from there as possible and sold them on ebay  now that i remember that Im going to write a nasty review on google |

wait after reading few comments above this is ridiculous, you need to call corporate those GM should be fired might as well add my B&M frustration... I was at several BBs yesterday to pick stuff i reserved, the reservations were done almost a week ago, and when i get there what should take 5 minutes with no lines, which there weren't took 30 mins! because what i wanted was not on the reservation shelves! They needed to hunt for my stuff, which they should of been doing to get my order ready when i first reserved not almost a week later! I would of been absolutely furious if they did not find the items in my order that i was told was ready for pickup! Due to this i greatly suspect they take what you reserve to sell to in store customers, or high demand product they pull it out of your reservations so employees can take it for themselves like usual. This happened like at two instore pickups yesterday, then I went for that clearance deal on a desktop at a sweet price, had my dad get there first but he didn't know the details, he told them its low price and then they took it to the back and said we are all out! Obviously those idiots took it for themselves. Best buy had great deals on year-end but that doesn't change them much, most of the staff are just rude, in high school kids. i agree. i had a friend who worked there and showed me a shirt that had the words "employees come first " or something like it under the collar. he said that they said to him "the employee is always right" and would always back him up. |
