My friend got $6 for a 120GB at Gamestop a week or so before Christmas.

the 20GBs were just selling for $10 at Microcenter, so my guess is GS will give you $0.25

Shoot me a PM before you let that 120GB go for $6...could have slapped my buddy for turning it in for that...but he isn't into the hassle of Craigslist.

Ebay seems a better option then. Thanks for the Info.

You'd probably do better by adding a $6 investment to both. Buy the Slim HDD shell, crack open the cases you have, pull out the HDD and put them into the Slim shell.

I flipped my 120GB that way on Craigslist no problem for $50.

Because Microsoft wouldn't have any idea what you did there, since the slim has no other way to have a 120gb drive in it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to reference here? If you're saying that you're breaking T&C by using a 120GB drive in a Slim, then you are correct. HOWEVER, have you actually read Microsoft's T&C? I can pretty much guarantee all Xbox owners have broken it one way or another.

Microsoft would never do anything about using an "unofficial" or "unauthorized" hard drive in an Xbox as long as they're not doing anything illegal (hacking, pirating, etc). Mainly, because they'd be banning hundreds of thousands of paying customers and the lawsuit they would have on their hands would be outrageous. Did you know Major Nelson linked a non-official Xbox hard drive on his Twitter for purchase because it was a good price? Imagine the hell storm it would cause with that little tidbit of information!
