More likely a pricing error which they caught.
I am quite sure all the major etailers are scanning slickdeals and each article which appears here is verified for a price mistake. Lesson is to complete your checkout before posting on SlickDeals; yeah someone might beat you to a FP deal but better get the item first! |

Amazon apparently has an algorithm that bumps the price when it determines the price is too low. It's legal but it's pretty awful for SDers.

Amazon now says the rebate is $25, but it is still $15. Currently priced at $35.93 - $25 rebate = $10.93. Well played Amazon....well played.
Me pay retail? That's umpossible!
