This a YMMV B&M deal apparently. You can check store inventory with the javascript workaround posted in the OD TouchPad Wiki. Just change the SKU value in the links below from 278385 to 277989:

got 3 at Office Depot in Everett, WA. manager was going for $29 but I showed him this thread and lowered it to $19.99, gonna keep one for myself and sell the other two at $30 a pop, also bought an HP folio case for $15, but I forgot I had my leather Poetic which I love, so I returned it. they just wanted to get rid of the rest of the touchpad accessories, and all they had was 3 touchstones and 1 folio. score!
