LEGO Ninjago items on sale at Legostore: Ninjago Chopov $2.50 (reg. $10), wallet/cardholder or headband $2.50, other spinner set $8 YMMV
The LEGO store at the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, CA has the Ninjajo Chopov on sale for $2.48 (reg. $9.99).
The same model on Amazon is $10:

Other Ninjago items on sale for cheap are wallet, and headband, both are $2.48,
these are how they look:

There are also a few other Ninjago spinner sets on sale for $7.98 (reg. $9.99).
You may want to check (or even call) your neighborhood Legostore before you head out there.
Don't worry, it's OK to call as I don't think they are price mistakes, just clearance price
