DUPLICATE
Your "duplicate" link is for Sea World and Busch Garden, not Disney World. Unless I'm missing something.

I'm pretty sure it's open in January. Never heard of it being closed.

Word of advice, get the $20 all you can eat pass. It's worth it. Last time, went with a group and a few of us had the pass. It says cannot share but did it anyways.

Universal closes pretty early, around 5pm-7pm.

Here's their website:

In the past when I have had any sort of Disney pass or multi-day ticket, they only required ID when picking up the tickets, however you generally have to get your thumb print and picture taken on the same day, so you might have troubles if you intended for someone else to get the ticket for you.
