Need help finding a good tablet as good as an ipad2.
Need help finding a good tablet as good as an ipad2.I have a ipad2 and my wife wants it but i don't want to share so i'm going to buy her a tablet but the ipad2 cost way too much to spend on her. So i need help finding a very good tablet that is a little bit cheaper the the ipad2. Is the ipad realy the best? Is there something even better but also cheaper then the ipad?  .... .... If it wasn't for the screaming in my head, I'd swear I was Dead.      .......   |

Well to spend $500 on her is crazy. All she needs to use it for is to surf the web. She does not even know what an app is, let alone download and use one.

iPad1 for sure. You can pick one up for around $300 these days, and as long as you use the same Apple account on both devices, you can share any apps you purchase without re-buying anything.

I READ YESTERDAY THAT THAT WHEN THE NEW iPAD3 IS ANOUNCED AT iWORLD THE iPAD2 PRICE IS GOING TO DROP TO $299. I CAN'T WAIT.

Kindle fire? Supposedly has a fast browser, and if that's all that you're using it for, you're all set. Also, it's a tablet made for people that don't do tablets, so if she's not a techy person, it's a win-win. It's also $200, so $100 left to spend on.. yourself
