Good info in here. I was thinking about closing my oldest credit card as I don't use it anymore and the rewards suck. I have heard that in todays age because so many people open and close credit cards all the time, it's not that huge of a deal if you close a card?
-The San Francisco Bay Area, commonly known as the Bay Area, is a metropolitan region that surrounds the San Francisco bay in Northern California.
-The Bay Area is home to approximately 7.2 million people.
-The San Francisco Bay Area is one of the wealthiest regions in the U.S.
It's not a huge deal, but closing it really doesn't help you in any way, so you might as well leave it open. Unless you have a very good reason to close it, just leave it open. The fact that a lot of people close credit cards is meaningless information. A lot of people also have terrible credit scores.. so don't do what they do .
Im in the same boat cause the card iv had for the past couple years has an annual fee. Im looking for a good points or rewards card atm. Its taken me 5 years to pay off my debt and get my score to where its out.
A person hates you for 1 of 3 reasons. 1) They want to be you. 2) They hate themselves. 3) They see you as a threat.
