 Sony website http://us.playstation. I was able to hook up my Insignia TV with it the codes are on the page below the instructions. It did not come up when I first searched the Sony PS 3 site. I had to do a little digging. |

I just bought a used ps3 remote control at game stop and it came without a manual. I hooked up my super slim ps3 and put in a movie and the remote didn't work. What am I doing wrong? I need the codes for it to work. The model number is cech-zrc1u.

My husband and I are trying to program our remote to the TV (RCA brand) however, NONE of the codes are working. We've both tried multiple times. Has anyone else faced this issue? Has anyone found a way to remedy this?

sony tv's can send remote commands over HDMI. Mine does. so now my cable remote, tv remote, any remote all talks to my playstation.
