Gallery Direct has 75% off thier custom canvas gallery wraps until 1/9/12. By custom, they mean upload your own photo/print/graphic. I've used them 3 times in the past for blowing up vacation and family photos and I am incredibly happy with the results. Unlike many other printing companies, they do not charge you for basic extras on the wraps like finish coating (so it doesn't smear), mirrored-photo edge (reverses the photo on the wrapped edge vs just having a black edge), and image optimization (not sure but i'm think they do red eye reduction, tweek color/white balance, cropping,etc.). They ship in a durable cardboard box with padding and protective wrapping for the wrap. I typically use Lightroom to edit and crop the photo to fit exactly the same dimensions as the wrap, so I'm not sure how good they are at predicting your layout. (free lightroom trial is available at adobe [adobe.com] website). Also, this is a gliclee print. Some hate gliclee (its basically a inkjet photo printed on canvas) vs four-color offset lithographic print, but unless your are printing a set of 1000 lithos, you can't beat the price for a one-off.

Some examples of 75% off prices for gallery wraps:

10"x13" = $37
24"x18" = $46
36"x27" = $57
54"x41" = $74

BTW... Free shipping until midnight today (1/6).

They usually run a 50% off promo every few months, I've never seen it this low.

I cannot seem to find that size when uploading a photo though. Am I looking in the wrong place? Nevermind! It's the size of your image, + 2x the thickness of the frame.

So if you had a 16 x 20, and 1.5 inch thickness...

(16 + 1.5x2) x (20 + 1.5x2)

or 19 x 23

You could get the print in panels, too. Say 3 - 5 separate prints with a stylish, trendy gap in between.
