Looks like it doesn't. I think you need 1700mhz to have it work with tmobile 3g.

I have been waiting for a Nokia Lumia 800 or 710 for a family member unlocked and it seems that Nokia is determined to push very hard their WP offering through carriers, IMO there won't be unlocked Nokia WP handsets for the time being.

Anyways wait for Monday, Nokia is announcing the Nokia Lumia 900 subsidized...

it works with 2G you mean? because in order to work with AT&T's 3G it needs the WCDMA 850 which it doesn't have it...
