I've got a huge cache of pennies that I've been gathering up for use as my "Diablo III Fund.." If it delays any further, I might be able to afford the collector's edition..

I haven't known Amazon to extend the credits to collector's editions of games. But in any event they are sold out of 360 CEs anyway.

I'm just annoyed at myself. I was rationalizing as to why I won't need to jump on the newegg preorder deal but now that the game is a little over a month away I actually foresee some time opening up for me (as things with the baby have gotten much easier as we're adjusting and the baby is sleeping more) and the more I hear, the more I want to play this game asap.

I was also thinking that was the best preorder deal available as well and I missed out on it. I just dislike missing out on deals that were right inmy face.

What was the deal? They still have the Collector's Edition if you want it.

$48 shipped for the regular edition IIRC. I never buy CE or LE stuff but for this game I'm considering it. We'll see.

Same here... this is the only game I've ever sprung for the CE... Figured it's the epic end of an epic story that I've loved from day 1 so screw it, may as well...

I never do either because the game tchotchkes just clutter up my house. But this actually has in-game bonuses, which is why I took the plunge.

I am considering getting it from Best Buy (if it is still available at my store), since they had the $20 gift card for Gamers Club Unlocked members.
