OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply + DVD Burner $35 after MIR and Newegg gift card

The power supply is $75 with a mail in rebate for $25 from the manufacturer. The power supply can be had from amazon for $75, or Tigerdirect for $93ish. However newegg will give you a $15 gift card, to use at newegg.com which brings your total down to $35. Pretty sweet deal for a nice power supply.
It also appears there is a combo deal to get a dvd burner for free. See wiki for the link.
