Where do we get the redemption forms for WILLIAM'S SONOMA? I could not find them on the registry manage page?

on the item page, it says it towards the bottom. It says, "special offers" i believe.

You apparently have to GO IN PERSON to get it. I made a registry, added items and the next day I got an email from a consultant pushing for me to make an appointment. I told her the nearest store is like 2.5 hours and 100 miles one-way from my home so I didn't want to spend that much in gas to get out there. I asked like five times how to get it shipped to me. She just kept pushing for me to come out and said it couldn't be shipped. I said I know other brides received it by mail, so why couldn't I? She just said I had "plenty of time" before my wedding so just let her know when I was coming for a visit. It was like talking to brick wall. (A very STUPID brick wall at that.)

So I posted on their Facebook page asking how I could get it shipped to me since the nearest store was so far away. This was their reply:

Bloomingdale's The offer is specifically about an in store visit...is there a weekend or a time you may be visiting one of our stores?

I replied back again saying it was too far and spending $50+ in gas and 5 hours in travel for a "free" bowl wasn't really a good deal and they never replied back.

So I think unless you go in store, you're out of luck.

Ugh! I was wondering the same. We shall see I guess.

I emailed bloomingdales on facebook told them that their was not one near me , the closest one was 3 1/2 hours away and they were going to ship me my bowl and that was 3 days ago they emailed me back

Got my Wustof gift today!! Super fast. I only sent out the claim for less than 2 weeks ago. Really nice. Two knives and a wooden cutting board.

that would be very unfortunate. For this same deal type in the past, they just sent it out. Perhaps they're getting stricter about things. The last poster's response seems much more promising though.

Got my Wustof also, and also got the Wilton Armetale heart-shaped dish. I have no idea what to use it for other than putting little wrapped candies or similar in, but free is free!
