$27 Netgear NeoTV streaming player AC/ASER Staples

I used my $20 ink-recycle rewards. Mine came out to be $37.06 after tax. So my Netgear NeoTV was only $9.09 (after SER) for me.

Nice find but no XBMC support kills it.

I have a tv that has no wifi or Ethernet, can I use the neo to stream anything on websites or only what the neo supports in description?

Almost jumped then realized this is just the NEO TV 200, doesn't support streaming from SAMBA, minidlna or anything not listed.

Still good price if you just need something to watch netflix and what not

Wish this could hook up to older TVs. Guess I'll still be going with a Roku.

I didn't see Amazon VOD listed. I'm in the market for a basic Roku and refuse to pay more than $40 shipped so I'm interested in this one. Thoughts? Local streaming of MKVs Divx VidX etc with sub files and stuff?

This is so frustrating, Roku doesn't have good support for MKVs etc. but are working on Amazon VOD and WD Live Plus great support for MKVs and Divx but no Amazon VOD. Why can't they just make a device that can be great for playing local network movies and stream Amazon VOD.

Almost every other week there's a new post for something that you buy with free after rebate items and coupon from Staples. It's just the same deal again and again... Buy something plus the free after rebate item(s) to reach the minimum and use a coupon to lower the total. Not rocket science. The free after rebate items + coupon can be applied to most anything in the store (in the ~$50 price range) you want to get a better price on.
It's still a good deal, just bugs me that people feel the need to post it like it's a new deal every week there's a couple decent free after rebate items.
