I think I saw a boxed version when they start releasing the Quicken Starter but I haven't seen one in a long time now. Maybe, it's only download. Can always buy and backup on hard drive or CD or do an instant download sale on eBay.

What's the reasoning for needing a CD? I understand not wanting online only programs, but these are the same as having the CD but in a faster medium (hard-drive).
