Important Information Relating To Your Sprint Bill
Discount Policy Change Notice
Effective your February bill cycle, Family and Business Share monthly plan charges will be billed differently.
Discounts will only apply to the monthly recurring charge of the primary line.
Line 2 will be billed at the applicable Add-a-Phone rate and will not be discount eligible.
Basically - Math:
L1 + L2 = $129.99 - 27% discount (plug yours here) = $94.89
L1 = $110.00 - 27% discount = $80.30
L2 = $19.99 - 0 discounts = $19.99 (same as L3-L5)

For those of you with Family or Corporate Share Plans... Say you are paying a base rate of 129.99 (with a 25% or 32.50 off) It will affect your account. Line 1 will be charged $110.00 and all the other lines will be charged $19.99. You will get the 25% discount on $110.00 instead of $129.99 so your bill will increase $5.00 in February.
"ETF waivers granted for:
1) Customers requesting to disconnect within 30 days of receiving their first invoice showing an increase because of this change. As a courtesy, Sprint allows up to 45 days from bill date, so final eligibility date is 4/15/2012 for customers with 2/28 bill end date.
2) After official notification and before first bill with change.
Lines on individual plans on the same account are not eligible for ETF waiver. Customers with no bill increase, only a change in invoice display, are not eligible for ETF waiver.
For new customers activated on share plan and wishing to cancel because of this change, 14-day return policy is extended to 30 days and the phones must be returned.
MAKE SURE you have alternative ready when you call in case you actually need to leave Sprint!!
Those who are successful please post with your results - are you being noted as:
1) 'CONTRACT FULFILLED'
2) You have to leave by certain date
3) ETF credit back to you when you leave
SOME FOLKS ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE "CREDIT AFTER" MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED VIA CHAT!!
Someone mentioned discount is NOT part of contract but it is added bonus. So YMMV.

Call this number...1-800-927-2199. Spoke to a dude and let him know whats up. Put me on hold for 4 mins and came back to let me know I can terminate all 3 lines and have up to 30 days. I got his information and plan to call back in couple hours. Going to go down the road to sign up for 3 sprint iphone 4s and then call back to terminate the lines. Got employee name and information for record keeping. This was pretty easy and I plan to finalize everything tonight before legal jumps into in the morning and trys to block it like last time.
Edit: Called back to confirm and 2nd rep stated that account is notated to reflect waiving 3 ETF fees. Time to find a slick deal on a new plan...AS Number: 888-273-9460

Our Right To Change The Agreement & Your Related Rights
We may change any part of the Agreement at any time, including, but not limited to, rates, charges, how we calculate charges, discounts, coverage, technologies used to provide services, or your terms of Service. We will provide you notice of material changes—and we may provide you notice of non-material changes—in a manner consistent with this Agreement (see "Providing Notice To Each Other Under The Agreement" section). If a change we make to the Agreement is material and has a material adverse effect on Services under your Term Commitment, you may terminate each line of Service materially affected without incurring an Early Termination Fee only if you: (a) call us within 30 days after the effective date of the change; and (b) specifically advise us that you wish to cancel Services because of a material change to the Agreement that we have made. If you do not cancel Service within 30 days of the change, an Early Termination Fee will apply if you terminate Services before the end of any applicable Term Commitment.
