It fits nicely, but to me it's more like: 10.8 x 8.9 x 1.3". The extra depth is noticeable with the Princeton inside. Am looking for a little tighter / compact fit. I might try the 9" covertec version. |

Anyways, I picked up this one when it was on sale @ $55 for 1 x 8gb - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...6820144555 So now my system is almost complete - upgraded hdd w/ Intel 160gb X25-M G2 SSD, and memory w/ 1 x 8gb. Now just need a cheap 6600mah battery

fwiw I bought this battery:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayIS...OU:US:1123 and it was like 72.xx not sure why it's showing 172 atm....the battery life is amazing...and although it definitely adds some depth/weight, it's well worth it imo... |

http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/6...-drive-ssd Boot time is greatly reduced (I don't time things other than just my observation). Definetly snapier, though that could also be becuase I did a fresh install of Windows Ultimate without a lot of the bloatware that comes with the laptop. $69 ar for the hard drive (used the $10 visa credit). |

There is a little room but no movement. Slides in easily. I would prefer a case more like my last,a zeroshock:
http://www.amazon.com/Zeroshock-I...pd_sim_e_2 Its thinner and has a memory foam type material, but not worth over twice the price. |

Is anyone else having issues with the system lagging a lot after waking up from sleep or hibernate? I saw it reported by at least one person in the October deal thread, and I'm definitely running into it as well. Any tips?
Also as far as cases go, I got the rooCase listed earlier, and I've been really happy with it. The outer pocket is just large enough for the AC adapter if packed well, but it seems like a solid case with a little more protection than your standard neoprene sleeve. |
