How to make the direct link to RewardsGold work without being redirected to the survey page:

For beginners, novice users or just forgetful ones like me, to avail the benefit of direct links without having to go through the hoops of surveys and redirection to other pages, simply DISABLE JAVASCRIPT temporarily in your browser.

Here are the steps to this in the Firefox browser:

From the menu bar, click the Tools drop-down menu, and then click Options.
In the Options Menu, click the Content Tab, uncheck the Enable Javascript box and then click the OK button.
You can now access the direct link to the RewardsGold form without being redirected to the survey. After completing the form, recheck the Enable JavaScript box in the Firefox Browser using the procedure above.
