Experiences with jamesallen.com?

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but Was wondering if anyone here had any experience with jamesallen.com for diamonds/jewelry?

Couldn't find any resellerratings for them.

There seems be some bad reviews which is a scary thing when thinking about purchasing an item worth many thousands of dollars.

They are listed as A+ by BBB but there was 2 closed complaints.

There is also this thread which is a bit scary because I was thinking of purchasing the exact same setting but it appears to have terrible build qualilty!

Would really appreciate if anyone would post their experience with JA, especially if they had issues and had to return something.
