The $20 Amazon deal is dead though isn't it?

It's asking me to uninstall Malware Bytes in order to continue with the installation.
Anyone else getting this?
I'm not about to uninstall a damn thing....

It conflicts with existing malware and AV protection. So You cant uninstall until you remove the existing ones. any suggestions? I know people are talking about setting VM...how do I do that

Deluxe Tax Software Federal + State. and it says at the bottom: Upon installation of your Total Defense software you will receive a download link and license key for your H&R Block Tax Software via email....So I would call and tell them you expected the state was include...

You are the only person that I ever heard was charged from the deal last year. Did you not cancel properly? I believe last year you had to cancel via an account each of us set up on their website. Anyway, I was never charged.

I got charged too, and I had cancelled properly. I had a copy of my cancellation confirmation, which I had done promptly after installing the tax software.

I had to track down a customer service number to get a refund, which was NOT AT ALL EASY - as a matter of fact it was so difficult that I believe their website forum is full of threads from people asking how to actually contact customer service.

Once I reached a customer service rep she was very helpful, cancelled my renewal, and processed a refund which took about 6 weeks to clear my credit card.

Be careful, keep records - just saying . . .

Oh and the antivirus is real crap.

I tried so many times, it wouldn't let me register... I give up.
