46" Sony Bravia KDL-46HX820 1080p LED 3D Smart HDTV X-Reality Pro Local Dimming for $1099 Fry's B&M - PM Amazon YMMV
Fry's has the 46" Sony Bravia KDL-46HX820 3D WiFi Edge LED Backlit 1080p HDTV in-store for $1099. To save sales tax, I ordered directly from Amazon and called to get PM. The PM has been approved and I take delivery in 1 week. Schwing!
The Fry's ad is viewable at frys.com as Weekly Ad Page 2 and I've attached the ad image to this post. Ad doesn't mention brand or model number but I called a local Fry's store and confirmed it is indeed for the Sony KDL46HX820.
Sale price is valid from Friday January 20, 2012 thru Thursday January 26, 2012.
Note: Frys.com price is still coming up as $2599 but when I called the local store she confirmed that the in-store price of this model is only $1099.
A better deal was available at TigerDirect back in December for $1000 after applying a coupon but it's not clear whether that price was active for more than a few hours.

This is the 2nd best 46" model that Sony rolled out in 2011. X-Reality PRO Engine, Gorilla Glass, Full HD 1080p in 2D and 3D, local dimming, LED, Internet TV for streaming entertainment, OptiContrast Panel, Motionflow XR 480, and more. The picture on this beast is absolutely stunning. And the X-Reality PRO Engine does an outstanding job at preventing text motion blur.
For more information on the specs of the 46HX820 check out the Sony site:

Disclaimer: This is my first ever slickdeals post so I apologize in advance if my post doesn't conform.
Update 1/23/12:
Initially several people were successful at getting the Amazon PM (myself included). The last few comments on this thread have indicated that Amazon is no longer giving PM because the price in shopping cart at Frys.com is not showing up as $1099. Apparently they won't PM the price in Fry's Weekly Ad unless the cart also shows the same price.
I checked the Amazon TV Low Price Guarantee to see why they may not be matching the price. I'm guessing that Rule #10 is the culprit. Here's what it reads:
I went ahead and updated the title to say Amazon PM YMMV.
If nothing else, you can still get this price through Fry's B&M.

10. The Guarantee applies to websites only, not brick-and-mortar stores. The website featuring the competing offer must not be an auction site. The competing website must be operated by a U.S. company and must ship products from a U.S. location. A list of online retailers whose offers are eligible for the Guarantee, subject to compliance with other Guarantee terms and conditions, is available here. The Guarantee applies only to retail offers by the retailer operating one of the listed websites, not to offers by third-party sellers appearing on such sites.Technically the $1099 price is being displayed on the Frys.com "website". Fry's is not an auction site. Fry's is a U.S. company and ships from within the U.S. The offer is being made by Fry's and not an affiliate using the site. Based on my personal interpretation (doubt Amazon gives a hoot how I interpret it) they should honor the $1099 price match.
I went ahead and updated the title to say Amazon PM YMMV.

Reason: Revise title to mention Amazon PM
