What is normal price? Any idea on calories per serving?

Basically, steel-cut or "Irish" oats are minimally processed. This means they retain the most nutritional value of the whole oat, and are generally considered the best way of preparing oatmeal. Of course, who knows what Jamba does to them but it tastes good and it's $1.

Regular price is $2.95. Calories are anywhere from about 290 - 340.
I get these all the time and they are really delicious. I have tried the mcdonalds oatmeal and it is garbage in comparison. |
