Obviously if you haven't opened the Sam's one just return it and buy the Amazon one, but I'll assume you opened it. Then I'd say just buy the Amazon one and return the new Amazon one to Sam's, but there's a small chance the UPCs might be different even for the same game for the same system (I've occasionally encountered this) in which case this strategy wouldn't work. Unfortunately I don't think Amazon can or will tell you the UPC you'll get ahead of time.
