Have one so I know all about NC. With that being said, this should be lower sine quite a few tablets are dropping in price with much better specs. 100 would be the sweet spot

Does this come with any sort of warranty from B&N? I see that you can buy one from Square Trade, but I thought that since it is from B&N you would get one from them. I didn't see anything listed about it.

it's usually a year unless that has changed. this is an ok price for other who hasn't been able to snag better tablets more competitively priced.

I read one of the comments about Flash player not being enabled. Is this true? Does this mean I won't be able to get to a flash enabled website?

I got two just before Christmas at this price (both refurbs). They work great. Also, you don't have to flash the unit to get Cyanogen Mod 7 (Android 2.3 - Gingerbread) to work. All you have to do is put a copy of CM7 on a Micro SDHC card and the Nook Color boots by default from the SD Card. If you want to get back to your stock Nook software you just take out the card. Your warranty will still be intact.

I flashed Cyanogen mod on this thing and it's the easiet mod I've ever done. Everything is drag and drop into the SD card. If you still are afraid to do it there's ebay listings for SD cards that already have the mod.
With Cyanogen mod, this one of the best bang for your buck Android tablets. FW Refugee.
