Help with prepaid phones?

I'm about to be spending some time at the beach where there will be limited cell service. Before I go down there I am looking to buy some prepaid phones to test when I get there to see which one has the best service. After that I plan on buying top up cards.

My question is, does anyone know which prepaid phone companies have starter minutes that comes included with a prepaid phone? I know t-mobile does it's like 3.00 or something on their activation cards. Are there any other companies that do this?

Some Net10 refurb phones bundle a $25 card wth 750mins good for 30 days. That is probably the most generous offer for starter minutes. I think Verizon prepaid phones gives you $10 which is 40 minutes. Sprint mvno Total Call gives you 50 good for 30 days on their phones. If you have an unlocked gsm phone, Spot Mobile (which uses T-Mobile) gives you 150 minutes if you buy a sim from some online dealers.

Also:
Tracfone has a few phones that gives you 60 minutes on their website.
