Actually one showed up yesterday after this post was made, but dissapeared shortly afterwards.. Checked again this morning and there was another one "Like New" in there, so I went ahead and bought it.. So this deal is legit, as far as I'm concerned.. just limited stock, so you got to check back often..

gotta be lucky to snag those.
i got the uncharted bundle for 229 i think. and it wasn't in as good as condition as was listed so they credited me back 20%. pretty f'n sweet New Jersey Devils, 2012 Eastern Conference Champions

ya I was able to get one in my cart once and somehow it sold out before I was able to click purchase... amazon said they would gladly sell me one exactly like it for 349..... so I just bought the 160gb one.. didn't want to wait..
