Fandango charges a 1.25 service fee for each ticket. I saved a whopping 1.25 on this deal versus paying at the theater. Thumbs down!

This deal is great for AMC Stubs members. I save 20% on my tickets, get the full value of the tickets counted towards my next reward, AND I pay no convenience charge. So going to see the Hunger Games in IMAX on Saturday was only $12/ticket instead of $15/ticket, and I didn't have to the drive to the theater early to buy them since there is a strong possibility of a sell-out.

As someone stated earlier you can ask to "borrow" someone's AMCStubs code and waive the fandango fee.

Please don't ask for reps but do give credit where credit is due wave

If you watch movies every weekend like me, then it is worthwhile to have a AMC stubs card. With the free upgrades (on drinks/pop-corn) and the 10$ on every 100$ spent, the initial cost of $12 will be recovered pretty soon. Combine it with this offer and its a great deal.

PM me if you need to "borrow" an AMC stub membership. I just got a card. Don't know why I didn't get it sooner. To think about all the times I could have been getting rewards and waiving convenience fees from fandango...
