Seriously? The BB GC is in store and they give it to you when you check out. OP provided link to the ad with the details. Actual cost is $5 plus tax after coupons, MIR and GC.

Last year I got H&R for free with the CA antivirus (that I didn't use), this year I tried again with CA online back up, but it was a joke... a bad one, I totally recommend against CA as a company.

I ended up doing my taxes this year with www.freetaxusa.com and I do recommend them. I think they are just as good as TurboTax and H&R, albeit the pages don't look as polished, and the federal is always free and the state is $10. No rebates, GCs or other hocus pocus involved though. No slick deal either, but sometimes simple and fair is just as good if not better to me.

Can I use $10 coupon from PDF, or do I need the one from the actual ad?

I also went with www.freetaxusa.com because it was just as easy, & actually a better deal for me (Federal eFile was free with no limits on age or income, & just paid $10 for state)!

While this H&R Block DOES include a state software, it does NOT include a state eFile, which they charge $20 EXTRA [hrblock.com] for. You can usually just print & mail your state return, but here in NYS, there is a $25 penalty [ny.gov] for not eFiling if you have the ability to.
