Important note: These headphones have been "burned-in" by playing "Pink Noise" through them for 50 hours. This procedure loosens up the drivers and gives the headphones a smoother frequency response.
We start with BRAND NEW headphones from the factory. They are carefully unpacked and connected to our custom built burn-in fixture. Once they have completed the burn-in process, they are carefully returned to the original factory packaging.
Since these headphones are considered "used" by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's warranty is void. However, they carry a 2 year warranty from The Sound Professionals with the same coverage as the Audio Technica warranty. If your headphones need service they will be repaired or replaced as needed by one of our technicians. If one or both drivers need to be replaced, the new driver(s) will be burned-in before it is shipped back to you.
Pre-Burn-In gives you far better sound quality. They usually charge $10 extra for this service.
Tax in NJ. Yes I paid tax but still well worth it. Mine came out to be $124.23 but well worth the money.

To be fair, Amazon has stated they will stand behind their product the same as Audio-Technica, but I'd trust Sound Professionals more as far as honoring their claimed warranty.
