Be aware that these are not very tall at all. Any large items you use in the kitchen will not fit in there really well. They are still nice, but much shorter than they look in the picture.

A juice-type jar fits inside pretty snugly as a weight. Not sure I need another, but I might pull the trigger.

It's a stoneware crock. One usually uses it to hold utensils.

Ahhh ok my bad. I should have looked at the photo first before asking. I would love some of the enameled pots but dont dare until I can find out if that really could be a problem with my glass top.
