Depending on what/how much you buy, the $15 for $30 is better than 20%. I had a 20% code all loaded up but for a dozen roses + vase, it only saved me $6, so I'm going with this deal.

Researching different flower vendors are exhausting...sigh Valentine's Day...

Yes, you can request for a delivery on Valentine's Day but there's an additional charge (ranges from $4.99 to $9.99) on top of the standard delivery charge.
