i bought the 4 16oz bottles a year ago and am still working on the last bottle. it's decent good. i wouldn't say it's anything special though.

Processed honey is filtered, so it is often much clearer, but it is also heated to much higher temperatures, degrading the taste, as well as the nutritional value. At least that's my understanding of the difference. I prefer the tast of most raw honeys, when I can get them. |

I have both of Ambrosia and Great Lakes Select Honey. I think the Ambrosia, as it says unfiltered, becomes more stickier when under cold room temps, which is a good sign of it being unfiltered. It is slightly less sweet than Great Lakes Select Honey and has slightly stonger scent of honey. However, I am not saying Great Lakes Select Honey is not good and they are both great and you can't go wrong with either of them. So, I use Ambrosia for my pancakes and Great Lakes Select Honey for my coffee. I sometimes put Ambrosia in my coffee too and it is great but can be a little too expensive when comparing to Great Lakes Select Honey. Both of these should be better than honey you find at normal supermarkets. Hope this helps.
