Put DDWRT on it. To get 300 Mbps speeds I had to switch the wireless encryption to WPA2 with aes, and make the channel width 40 instead of 20.
Must also use ch 1 (lower) 6 (upper or lower) or 11 (upper) for full speed

That rebate is useless unless you have a time machine to go back and place the order before 1/31.

I used to have this router with DD-WRT on it and it was fantastic. Only time it went down was during a power outage. Note that the ports are only 100mb if that matters to you.
