Could that possibly because be because private schools almost always teach children better, and for less money?

Private schools are like corporations, because they have to be accountable to their students who are their "clients", so if they provide a bad service at an unreasonable price, their customers have all the freedom to go elsewhere.

Public schools are typical govt, we can do what we want and you're still paying us. If you want a better product, you'll have to pay another company on top of what you already paid.

You are flagrantly misinterpreting Governor Perry's memo.

They didn't sue to block 'fair' redistricting plans. They sued to block garbage redistricting plans drawn by a San Antonio court.

Did you not notice the "but uh, to" at the end, right before the video was cut?
