Nike Pro Hyperwarm Compression Shirts $30+$3s/h
Went to Sports Authority and saw these on sale for 40% off, with limited colors and sizes. Their webstore pretty much has all colors and sizes in stock, and only $2.99 for shipping and option for free 2day shipping if you use shoprunner.

I have a couple of these for a snowboarding baselayer or cool weather running, and the comfort and quality is as expected from Nike and they wick moisture great.
I used to get under armour coldgear, but the Nike comfort and quality far surpasses Under Armour, and the fabric they use on the interior that touches your skin is as soft as fleece and not the itchy feel Under Armour coldgear gives you.
Also remember these are compression shirts,so they run tight. Go a size up from daily wear.
