Managing Money

I have several different accounts, such as:
-US Bank
-ING Direct
-Kemba
-Sharebuilder
etc.

I previously had been using Mint.com to manage my finances (list them out and categorize), but I have started to shift away from that due to lack of support for two of my accounts (a GE Credit Union Credit Card, and Kemba) since I can't manually add purchases.

Any recommendations? I have created a spreadsheet with all of my purchases in my different accounts that I try to update as I spend the money, and then balance at the end of each month when I pay bills. The main thing I want to track is the overall amount of money, and more specifically track items I sell on ebay (so I can see how much I have made vs. how much I paid for the items).

I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage the money in my accounts, and would love to hear some opinions, and what other people use.
