What a giant scam. They took our personal and credit card data and simply created a giant mailing list. Don't be suprised when you start receiving junk mail from them. No matter what size company, they shouldn't offer something they cannot fullfil.

I am no lawyer but believe this is a denial of service that is offered to public. That has cost companies millions in the past in court. They should have had it posted on there. Also most companies carry liability insurance, so if it was a legit mistake, the insurance would have covered it.

Their co-founder who is signed under the emails should take some lessons in PR. His email sounds offensive to potential customers. I don't like to waste time twice on the same companies and will not be ordering from them ever again. They can't even admit it was a mistake.
