thanks, added tax to post. I already had a case but it looks like a good one. I wonder if it's real leather. The Verizon ones I got months ago for <$5 were "like" real leather.

It's only "leather" on the back side and flap. The front (pocket) side is nylon luggage type fabric material.

I'm interested, I'm not a big fan of my current case for my Le Pan II.

I still have mine somewhere from the last time it was offered from verizon. does not fit a TP with the official TP case on there

May seem like a silly question but this is Verizon "branded" does anyone know if it actually has the Verizon name/logo anywhere on it?? The hubs works for another cell company and I think he would like this for his tablet but he takes it to work a lot and wouldn't want their logo on it

They've been this price on the Verizon website for six months. I have one. It fits IPad 2 perfectly.

Some notes, though - it's not leather. It's leatherette - but you knew that for $5.

The front pocket is small - i put my headphones in the pocket; I can't imagine much more. Plus, the front pocket doesn't have a flap, so be careful what you put in the pocket - anything flat and slick could fall out.

The interior of the sleeve is nice - suede like. It holds the Ipad nice and snug; your tablet won't slip out of the sleeve.

And yes, it does have a Verizon logo impressed into the sleeve, but it's not noticeable - it's not a printed logo, just a small impression on the material.

It's definitely a nice, cheap case for the Ipad. But it also looks like a nice cheap case. No one will mistake it for a real quality leather case. I use it everyday.

Also, Verizon often has 30% off deals on their accessories; I think I paid $3.50 or so shipped form Verizon, with free second day air. If you haven't ordered from Verizon before, keep in mind that even for $3.50 sleeves, you need to sign for the delivery, so send the package to your work or make sure a live body is at home.

So is this the actual sleeve or the leather case that you had to mod with a blow dryer to get the touchpad to fit? Verizon used this picture the last time and that was what it was.

everywhere that I have read is that the outside face and flap is leather. Did you get the same exact case or something similar?

I got this off another site.

It does say "Verizon" on it, but not can't really see it.
It does fit my HP Touchpad, but does not fit my Acer Iconia A500.
Can't go wrong for $10 for 2, even though I have an spare now.

The one I got has a small "verizon" lettered on the flap. It is small, of the front flap's aprox. 9.5" width in the area of the logo the logo is about 10/16". HTH
