Westinghouse 46" Lcd having issues

1: Call the place you bought it from 2: Tell them the above issue, and when you bought it. Did you pay cash, or do you have a credit card receipt for payment? 3: Ask them if they'll exchange it 4: If they won't, then call the manufacturer and ask if they'll do anything. 5: If they won't fix or replace it, then sell it on Craigslist. Deny everything when the new buyer calls you and demands their money back. OR, chalk it up, use it the way it is in another secondary room and buy a better one for the main tv. This time keep the receipt. |

You can call them and ask. Since you now say you bought it on a credit card, try calling your credit card company and ask them if they provide a warranty when their card is used to purchase electronics. Mine does, and perhaps yours does also. If so, as them what they can do to get it fixed |

a 46' tv for $300 that have problems..... You don't say....
I never understood why people expect top quality stuff when they pay peanuts for such products that normally do now even cost that much |
